Outer changes begin on the inside

We often look for solutions outside ourselves – a new job, better relationships or more success. But real, lasting change begins with ourselves.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) describes coaching as a process that strengthens being (our inner experience) in order to positively influence doing (our actions) . This means that how we think, feel and perceive ourselves has a direct impact on what we do.
Self-doubt? They influence how we present ourselves and what opportunities we take.
Beliefs? They often control our decisions unconsciously.
Self-image? It determines how we appear to others and what possibilities we believe we are capable of.
So when we work on our inner experience – broaden our perspectives, develop new beliefs and deal with ourselves more consciously – our external actions change automatically.
What inner change could help you make a difference on the outside? Coaching can help you make exactly this connection.
